The data we process about you depends on who you are and how we interact with you.  The personal information that we collect about you varies depending on your interactions and touchpoints with us, including from our website (www.aware360.com), from the individuals to whom the data relates (via mobile applications—SafetyAware and iDriveAware and smart devices), and directly from our clients via our platform.

Personal information collected on behalf of clients

The nature of our Services requires us to collect personal information on behalf of our clients in accordance with client instructions, which depending on the Service may include:

  1. Information about client employees, including name, and contact information, including telephone number, device ID, and email address
  2. Information regarding the location of client employees, contractors, and visitors at client facilities, precise or generic geolocation data depending on the solution or device employed
  3. Hazard alerts about client employees, contractors, and visitors
  4. Information about health and safety risks, reporting and compliance of client employees and contractors
  5. Information about driving conduct of client employees or contractors
  6. Information about impairment or fatigue of client employees
  7. Other information as required to provide the Services

Our clients are responsible to administer, maintain and protect personal information collected on their behalf.  Wherever possible, we collect personal information with consent.  Personal information may be collected without consent in accordance with applicable law.

Personal information collected via browsing our website

When you use our website, or engage or request our Services, we may collect your name, email address, address, phone number and other contact information and other information you choose to provide about your request for services.  The information collected will be limited to what is required for the product or service.

We also collect aggregated website usage data, including form analysis, engagement rate, and clickthrough information.  The aggregated data we collect is de-identified.
