1. Lower-Impact Cloud & Digital Operations

Our SaaS platform enables organizations to protect their workers without deploying on-premise infrastructure.

This model:

  • Reduces physical hardware requirements
  • Eliminates customer-hosted server environments
  • Supports remote implementation and support, reducing travel

Status:

100% digital customer onboarding, billing, and contract execution achieved

We operate a fully digital-first service delivery model and will continue to enhance automation and measurement of the environmental benefits of this approach.

Next objective:

Establish a quantified baseline for emissions avoided through our digital delivery model by 2027

2. Device Lifecycle & Circular Economy

We actively recover, refurbish, and redeploy connected safety devices wherever possible to reduce electronic waste and the need for new hardware manufacturing.

Our lifecycle management program includes:

  • Refurbishment and redeployment of returned devices
  • Secure and certified recycling for end-of-life equipment
  • Extended usable life through firmware and platform updates
  • Bulk logistics to reduce packaging and shipping impact

Targets:

  • Refurbish or redeploy ≥ 75% of returned devices by 2027
  • 100% responsible recycling through certified partners for non-recoverable hardware by 2026

3. Sustainable Procurement

We work with suppliers who share our commitment to responsible environmental practices and prioritize:

  • Energy-efficient device design
  • Compliance with global environmental directives (e.g., RoHS, WEEE where applicable)
  • Reduced packaging and consolidated shipping

4. Paperless & Remote-First Operations

Our internal and customer processes are designed to be digital-first:

  • Electronic invoicing and payments
  • Digital service delivery and training
  • Remote customer support and deployment

Reduce operational paper consumption by 90% by 2026
