100% digital customer onboarding, billing, and contract execution achieved
We operate a fully digital-first service delivery model and will continue to enhance automation and measurement of the environmental benefits of this approach.

2. Device Lifecycle & Circular Economy
We actively recover, refurbish, and redeploy connected safety devices wherever possible to reduce electronic waste and the need for new hardware manufacturing.
Our lifecycle management program includes:
- Refurbishment and redeployment of returned devices
- Secure and certified recycling for end-of-life equipment
- Extended usable life through firmware and platform updates
- Bulk logistics to reduce packaging and shipping impact
Targets:
- Refurbish or redeploy ≥ 75% of returned devices by 2027
- 100% responsible recycling through certified partners for non-recoverable hardware by 2026
3. Sustainable Procurement
We work with suppliers who share our commitment to responsible environmental practices and prioritize:
- Energy-efficient device design
- Compliance with global environmental directives (e.g., RoHS, WEEE where applicable)
