“At STARS, everyday our Emergency Contact Centre (ECC) operators are providing critical services to thousands of people. The new reminders feature from Aware360 will increase efficiency and response times to all connected remote workers who we provide monitoring services for,” says Nicole Segstro, Industry Services Manager.
Whether it be hazardous weather conditions, unexpected road closures, or site-wide evacuations, you want to get a message out to employees as soon as possible.
To help you communicate with your team more efficiently and effectively, Aware360 introduces a broadcast messaging capability.
“The messaging capability is the foundation of a larger initiative. Our teams are excited to extend this feature to our clients and partners immediately,” says Robert Forget, CTO. “Future releases will provide more communication options, combinations with geofencing, and satellite devices.”
